Acharya Ngima Sange Sherpa

 

Acharya Ngima Sange was born in 1986 in the Dolkha-district of Nepal. At the age of five he entered into a public government school which he left nine years later to become a monk - following his own wish against his parents' objections. He entered into the shedra (institute for Higher Buddhist studies) of Karma Lekshey Ling Monastery in Kathmandu and there studied Tibetan language, Logic and Buddhist philosophy. Since 2010 he has been teaching monastic subjects himself and in 2013 received the Acharya degree for the completion of his studies. He joined Karma DM in the Karmapa Travels agency and was appointed field manager of ICEF Taiwan in 2014.

Sharmana vow from Khenchen Thrangu Rinpoche
Bikshu vow (full monk ordination) from H.E. Kenting Tai Situ Rinpoche
All three vows of the Pratimoksha, Bodhisattva and Mantrayana
 
Experiences:  
Performance of Buddhist rituals since 2000.
Teaching Tibetan language and Buddhist philosophy since 2010.

Co-operator of Karmapa Travels & Tours since 2013.
Field manager of ICEF Taiwan since 2014.
